|All participants are required to register online and make their payments to the account of organizing committee/conference. The above fee covers the items below: |
*Following all presentation sessions including the special sessions during 3 days
*Conference materials (i.e. Proceedings [electronic], program booklet, conference bag and batch)
*Gala Dinner on October 3, 2020.6 coffee breaks on October 2-4 2020.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS
The accompanying person cannot get certificate, conference bag and any other materials. In order to present a paper in an oral or poster session, at least one author of a paper should register. Otherwise, the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings and cannot be evaluated for selection for publishing to journals.
Each registered participant can submit maximal two papers. For second and more number of papers, 50 euros extra review fee is charged.
The papers, which are not presented by the registered authors, CANNOT be considered for the post-conference publications (i.e. for special issue, regular issue journals and as a selected paper).
All registered participants MUST carry their special conference batch during the event. Otherwise, they are not allowed to enter the halls, coffee breaks, lunches, diner and social activities.
All online registrations are made in Euros. On-desk registration can be made in Euros, Turkish Liras and Dollars by using the daily exchange rates. To get any proforma invoice before your payment, you can simply write to firstname.lastname@example.org
After the arrival of your payment, the organizing committee/conference will send you a confirmation letter by an e-mail. If you do not receive it within 2 weeks, write a message to: email@example.com
The conference committees are not responsible for any accommodation process. You can seek your hotel on your own. However, hotels to be recommended can be reported.
Refund of charge is not available.On-desk registration, payments can only be made by cash.
