As it is known, very important developments in semiconductor technologies have occurred in recent years. In this session, developments in semiconductor based technologies, especially semiconductor materials, gas sensors, diode and transistor structures, and plasma studies will be discussed. “Advanced Materials Science & Engineering and High Tech Device Applications-icmatse2020” invites researchers around the world to submit abstracts for presentation at our meetings. Smart Cities and IoT Session
Smart cities are being built to make the lives of people living in big cities easier and the existing cities are being transformed into smart cities. In smart cities, it is tried to eliminate the negative effects of crowded cities on human life thanks to data obtained from smart devices in the city. In this context, when the word smart city is mentioned, machines that can communicate with each other (IoT – Internet of Things) come to mind.
