Advanced Materials Science and Engineering and High Tech Device Applications

Semiconductors- Sensors- Plasma Session

As it is known, very important developments in semiconductor technologies have occurred in recent years. In this session, developments in semiconductor based technologies, especially semiconductor materials, gas sensors, diode and transistor structures, and plasma studies will be discussed. Advanced Materials Science & Engineering and High Tech Device Applications-icmatse2020 invites researchers around the world to submit abstracts for presentation at our 2020 meeting in Ankara, TURKEY. The session will feature of exciting technical talks and discussions experts, researchers, and up-and-coming leaders in the area.

Prof. Selim ACAR is a professor of physics at the University of Gazi, in Turkey, working with Gas sensor, electron transport, semiconductor, dielectric materials and Hall effect. He received a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Gazi in 1993, He obtained his PhD in Solid State Physics in 2006. He authored or co-authored about 48 contributions in international journals and conferences.

Smart Cities and IoT Session

Smart cities are being built to make the lives of people living in big cities easier and the existing cities are being transformed into smart cities. In smart cities, it is tried to eliminate the negative effects of crowded cities on human life thanks to data obtained from smart devices in the city. In this context, when the word smart city is mentioned, machines that can communicate with each other (IoT – Internet of Things) come to mind.

In this session, especially the requirements of smart cities, the developments in the IoT in terms of smart cities, the security in smart cities and the developments in security studies within the IoT will be discussed. Advanced Materials Science & Engineering and High Tech Device Applications-icmatse2020 invites researchers around the world to submit abstracts for presentation at the 2020 meeting in Ankara, TURKEY. The session will feature of exciting technical talks and discussions experts, researchers, and up-and-coming leaders in the area.
